Partially  inspired by her beach  lifestyle,  by her common sense, by a sharp  business mind  and fantastic designs she is becoming  a fashion icon. Today, just three  years after starting, Lindsay Phillips  has thirty five full time employees, is sold  in over four thousand stores and expects  to generate thirty million $  in revenue.

Switchflops Flip Flops is Fashion Forward 

Switchflops sandals  are  an easy answer  to buying multiple pairs of sandals. Buy  the sole of the  sandal for around thirty-five dollars and then purchase  interchangeable straps  for around twelve. This gives  her customers  a practically limitless  fashion wardrobe  for a relatively small investment.
